Winmark Wines
Overview
Spanning 130 breathtaking acres, Winmark is not just a premium Chardonnay producer but a destination. The vineyards were established long ago under the Pooles Rock label, renowned for producing some of the finest Hunter Valley wines of its time. In 2016 new owner Karin Adcock began re-establishing the award-winning vineyard and Winmark continues its remarkable revival with a team of highly skilled and passionate wine experts ensuring the road from the vines to the glass is optimised.
With the launch of the Winmark Cellar Door complete, guests are being welcomed to enjoy the stunning Chardonnay from Winmark.
The conversion of the former Pooles Rock storage sheds into a beautifully designed Cellar Door ensures the history of the property is cherished - nestled into the sandstone surrounds and overlooking the 28 acre vineyard it is a perfect destination to enjoy tasting premium Chardonnay, whilst taking in spectacular views.
This vineyard has a long tradition of producing beautiful wines, and the new Cellar Door provides the opportunity for chardonnay tasting, as well as the opportunity to explore Winmark Estate.
The grounds are a wonderland of their own; sculptures, overflowing rose garden, dams, tennis courts and pools, firepit and natural landmarks of historical significance dot the landscape. Winmark is a place of remarkable beauty and unexpected discovery.
