In this popular coastal town, YHA Byron Bay is right in the town centre, only 400 metres from the beach and one block from the main shopping strip. Think resort vibes, hostel budget, and nothing but good times.

Each room in the YHA hostel has fans and opens onto large decks. There are other great backpacker facilities including communal areas and a fantastic self-catering kitchen overlooking a large heated swimming pool and barbecue area, surrounded by tropical palms. Free fast wifi throughout.

The YHA also has a separate television and lounge room, free tea and coffee, bike hire and body boards. Staff at reception can help with tour bookings.
